For the artisanal Mexican sake, we crafted a detailed launch night, infusing every element with the brand’s fun and fresh spirit for the new unfiltered sake Nigori.

The evening unfolded in two parts: an exclusive dinner featuring ikebana-inspired floral arrangements for food connoisseurs in the media, designed by renowned chef Ricardo Arellano, who fused Oaxacan and Japanese flavors, paired with all NAMI labels, and concluded with a Nigori toast.

The second part was a vibrant pink cocktail party for special guests and opinion leaders, where NAMI Nigori was paired with Japanese sweets from Asai, pastries from Rosa Maracuyá, and gourmet cheeses from Lactography.
