BACKGROUND
- Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in experiential marketing agencies, branding, or brand activations.
- Experience leading creative concept development and storytelling.
- Interest in events, festivals, concerts, and brand experiences.
TASKS
- Lead the development of creative concepts for brand experiences, ensuring consistency and quality in every proposal.
- Supervise and mentor junior creatives, providing direction and feedback.
- Craft compelling storytelling and write creative rationales for high-impact proposals.
- Present creative proposals to clients and participate in idea pitching.
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies across projects.
- Research market and industry trends to drive innovation in every proposal.
MUST
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in designing impactful visual presentations (Keynote, PowerPoint, Figma, or others).
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
